Where You Can Find Me (outside of my practice)
Exploring Portland's beautiful inner city parks, or wilderness, traveling, camping, hiking, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, swimming, and biking. I have been practicing yoga for 18 + years and dancing in a variety of ways since I was a kiddo.
Music and dancing are among my greatest pleasures in life, and I explore new music and experience live shows whenever possible. I enjoy being creative with macrame and painting, and I also appreciate natural beauty-stones, crystals, and rocks, bringing them into my own works of art.
I appreciate gardening and herbology, tending to and growing my own plants. I am an avid reader, reading for fun and to feed my inner investigative yearning for knowledge.
